For journal subscriptions, the first issue will arrive at the beginning of the month corresponding to the journal's issue date. Back issues will arrive in 3-5 weeks. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed, downloaded eBook purchases. Once the eBook is purchased, the sale is considered to be complete and final.
