Michael J. Aminoff, M.D., D.Sc., F.R.C.P., is Distinguished Professor of Neurology in the Department of Neurology at the University of California San Francisco, and Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc.

Larry R. Faulkner, M.D., is President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc., in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
