Examination Copy Request Policy
An examination copy is a copy of an American Psychiatric Publishing (APP) publication that is being considered for use in a course.
If you are considering an APP book for use in a course and would like to request an examination copy, please submit your order on your school or department letterhead to 703-907-1091. Please include the following information on your examination copy request:
The exam copy will be shipped to you for a 60-day review. An invoice will be mailed separately that will be canceled if within 60 days of receipt, you:
· inform us that an adoption order has been placed by your university or bookstore
OR
· return the book (with invoice) within 60 days to:

If text adoption does not occur within 60 days, we will assume that you are keeping the book for your personal use and we will require payment for your order. Please return the invoice with payment to the address below or call Customer Service at 1-800-368-5777, 703-907-7322.

Instructor Desk Copy Request Policy
Once you have adopted an APP publication title for use in a course, you are entitled to one instructor desk copy for class enrollment up to 40 students and two instructor desk copies up to 100 students enrolled. Please submit your request on school or department letterhead for your instructor desk copy to 703-907-1091. Please include the following information on your desk copy request:

Processing of Instructor Copies takes one week from time of receipt (2-day processing requires a $20 shipping fee).
