Books may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Journals subscriptions may be cancelled entitling you to a refund of all unmailed issues.

PsychiatryOnline subscriptions may be cancelled entitling you to a refund for the remaining months of your subscription. REFUND EXCEPTION: Purchases of PsychiatryOnline.com PDA eBooks are not eligible for refunds.

Videos and CD-ROMS may be returned, provided they are unopened, within 30 days for a full refund.

The original invoice or packing slip must be included in the return shipment.

Shipping/handling for the original shipment will not be reimbursed.
Wholesalers and Retailers
Returns

Permission is not required; however the invoice number must be referenced for full credit.

Books must be in salable condition to be eligible for credit.

A 20% stocking fee will apply to returns with incomplete documentation.

Shipping of returned books will be at the expense of the customer.

Whenever a new edition of a book becomes available, the old edition must be returned within 90 days to be eligible for credit.

Shipping/handling for the original shipment will not be reimbursed.
Damaged Books

Books received from APP in damaged or defective condition, or incorrect shipments, can be returned at APP's expense for full credit.

Books returned to APP that are damaged in transit will not be credited and will only be sent back to the customer at their request and expense. Books will be held for 30 days.
