New! Institutional Activation Instructions
Institutional online activations fo APP journals and electronic subscription products (DSM Premium and DSM-IV-TR Online Only) have changed.
Online activations for all institutions will be handled by APP. Unlike the Highwire system, APP does not use a web page at which customers can activate their online access or change their IP addresses.
In order to ensure that your customer's online access is activated and communicated to them, please make sure that when submitting your subscription orders to include the following information:

Adminstrator Contact Name, Phone, and Email

Customer IP addresses
-
APP Customer Number
When the subscription order has been received and processed by APP, we will automatically send out an email notification to the administrator that their online acess has been activated.
